You learned to stay quiet, stay strong, and stay small.
Maybe you were labeled the “mature one,” the helper, or the kid who always held it together. Underneath that role was a sensitive and intuitive person who longed to feel safe, seen, and supported.
Now, you might find it hard to trust others, express emotions, or even know what you need. You may feel stuck in perfectionism or disconnected from who you really are. It is possible you are still in survival mode, even if everything on the outside looks fine.

My Approach to Therapy
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I center your lived experience and your nervous system’s wisdom. We move at your pace, and I meet you where you are. I never push. I walk beside you.
I integrate the following tools and approaches:
EMDR to help your brain reprocess past trauma and reduce emotional triggers
Somatic practices to support reconnection with your body and create internal safety
Internal Family Systems (IFS) to gently explore your inner parts and the protective roles they play
Spiritual and ancestral wisdom as an optional resource rooted in Eastern and Indigenous practices
You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin.

I’m Meghan—a queer, neurodivergent, Latinx millennial and Level 1 & 2 Angelic Reiki practitioner. I find joy in collecting kawaii treasures like Calico Critters, reading tarot and oracle cards, moving in community through yoga and moon circles, and recharging at music festivals.
I bring my full self into the therapy space because I believe healing isn’t about being “fixed”, it’s about being witnessed, felt, and reconnected.
