Are worry, sadness, and a constant stream of negative thoughts keeping you from fully enjoying life? Do you find it hard to be present in the moment, feeling instead like you’re always one step behind or weighed down by emotions? Many of my clients experience these struggles—feeling consumed by anxious thoughts, sadness, or cycles of self-doubt that make each day feel like an uphill battle. If you’re tired of feeling stuck in these patterns, know that support is available, and change is possible.
I work with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life’s unpredictable challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can explore and understand what’s holding you back. Through a blend of approaches that address both mind and body, we’ll work on building skills to manage emotions, quiet negative thoughts, and develop a stronger connection to yourself and the present moment. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, confident, and capable of finding joy in everyday life.
I draw from various modalities, ensuring that I am using a therapy that best fits a client’s unique situation:
- Chicanx/Latinx Affirming Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
