As the owner and LPC-Supervisor of Saname Counseling, I’m honored that you’ve chosen to connect with us. Passion fuels my work, and I find great meaning in guiding clients towards the relief they seek, swiftly and effectively. Within our therapeutic space, I offer a blend of short-term and long-term therapy, all geared towards fostering lasting healing. Our initial work is focused on equipping you with the essential skills necessary to enact the changes you seek in your life. As we work together to alleviate immediate symptoms, we gradually transition into the deeper, long-term journey of self-exploration, trauma healing, and improved mind-body connection. Sessions with me are characterized by empathy, compassion, and a practical, no-nonsense approach, designed to illuminate blind spots and facilitate meaningful change. This approach is particularly beneficial for high-achievers and perfectionists who are accustomed to being in control.

With my experience, I’m equipped to accurately diagnose and tailor treatment plans, even for those who have previously struggled to find success in therapy. Investing in sessions with me is investing in yourself and your future. Our sessions provide a space dedicated to your well-being, where you can set aside caretaking responsibilities and focus solely on your own growth and healing journey. A space where the focus and care is centered around you.

If you feel my approach resonates with you, I encourage you to schedule a consultation today.

I believe that sometimes a little adrenaline rush creates avenues for personal growth and discovery.
